Before going with something like Ms. Toadstool, though, you may want to read up on copyright and Fair Use laws; recently, an awesome blog that combined Charles Schultz comics with random twitter posts was taken off Tumblr due to claims of copyright infringement. I did some research and posted a defense of the blog here http://bit.ly/PNTwtr .
It's doubtful Nintendo would have a problem with this usage, but if 8-Bit Runway got big enough [wahoot!], some ambitious lawyer might write a nasty C&D letter.
